Manitoba with its capital, Winnipeg, is located in the heart of North America. Winnipeg is home to half of all Canadians in the region. Most of the inhabitants of this province are foreign workers, most of whom are Ukrainians who have moved to this country.
Manitoba is famous for its low unemployment rate of 5 to 6%. This level is lower than the unemployment rate across Canada.
Moving to this region is quite simple. The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) was established a long time ago, and in November 2017 it began to operate under an updated system.
