You must also pass the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have an Immigration Applicant Profile on the Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry system;<\/li>\n<li>obtain a score of at least 60 out of 100 on the SINP assessment scale;<\/li>\n<li>submit your current language test scores to a qualified testing center. Please note that the scores must be the same as the information you provided in your own Express Entry profile;<\/li>\n<li>have completed a higher education, vocational training or special training, which corresponds to the Canadian education system and has lasted for at least 1 year. The relevant certificate, diploma or degree is the legal proof of this;<\/li>\n<li>credentials and required diplomas obtained within Canada must have an Educational credential assessment (ECA) from a designated Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) company;<\/li>\n<li>you can prove the fact that you have at least one of the following criteria in your field of professional or educational advancement:\n<ul>\n<li>12 months of work experience within the past 10 years in a qualified position (this does not apply to blue-collar occupations);<\/li>\n<li>2 years of work experience in a qualified position in the past 5 years;<\/li>\n<li>1 year of work experience in the country in the past 3 years (this point applies to both blue-collar and white-collar jobs);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>you have experience working in occupations according to the National Occupational Classification (NOC) at the A, B, or 0 level on the SINP In-Demand Occupation List;<\/li>\n<li>if you choose an occupation for future employment that requires regulatory approval or a qualified certification as required by Canada and\/or Saskatchewan, you must provide proof of professional status or a licence. You can learn more about this aspect in the conditions specified in the SINP In-Demand Occupation List. If you qualify for a license, your immigration application will be in processing status until the required proof of documentation is submitted. The rest of the required documentation must be part of your application, otherwise your application will not be processed and will subsequently be rejected altogether, and no refund of the processing fee will be given;<\/li>\n<li>you have the necessary finances to immigrate and a plan to move.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221;
