All applicants under this system must have a Job Offer from a Prince Edward Island employer. There are four pathways under this system<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1634108064115{padding-top: 60px !important;padding-bottom: 80px !important;}&#8221;][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;custom_unordered_list&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">International Graduates Stream<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This category is aimed at graduates of certified provincial institutions who have received training in in-demand occupations corresponding to Level 0, A or B of the National Occupational Classification and who have a job offer in that occupational field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements for Participants under this System:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A full-time job offer from a provincial employer, either permanent or for a minimum of 24 months in an occupation at the appropriate Level 0, A or B of the National Occupational Classification;<\/li>\n<li>You must have at least six months of work experience in Prince Edward Island in the type of occupation in which you were trained in the province;<\/li>\n<li>You must have an active post-graduation work permit and legal residency status;<\/li>\n<li>Note that you may be asked to attend a conversation with immigration officers in that region, if necessary, and you should be ready for this;<\/li>\n<li>You must have completed at least 2 years of a training program at a certified institution of higher education in the province;<\/li>\n<li>You must be between 21 \u2013 59 years of age;<\/li>\n<li>Your language competence in English and\/or French must be at a level that will be sufficient to successfully carry out your professional responsibilities;<\/li>\n<li>You must have sufficient funds to cover all basic immigration expenses and arrange for the relocation of your family members to the province of Prince Edward Island;<\/li>\n<li>You will need to prove your commitment to living in the province.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1634108249375{padding-top: 60px !important;padding-bottom: 80px !important;background-color: #f7f7f7 !important;}&#8221;][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;custom_unordered_list&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Critical Workers<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This program was created for those workers already working in the province of Prince Edward Island in semi-skilled or unskilled occupations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements for immigrants under this system:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must have a full-time job offer from a provincial employer, either permanent or for a minimum of 24 months, in the appropriate Level C or D of the National Occupational Classification. Currently, the following professions are eligible for this program: Truck drivers, customer service representatives, miscellaneous workers (handymen), food and beverage server representatives (waiters, among others), housekeeping workers;<\/li>\n<li>You must have at least six months of full-time work experience in the province;<\/li>\n<li>You need to have a valid work permit and legal status in the country;<\/li>\n<li>Note that you may be asked to attend a conversation with immigration officers in that region, if necessary, and you should be ready for this;<\/li>\n<li>Your level of education must meet at least the secondary school level;<\/li>\n<li>You must be between 21 \u2013 59 years of age;<\/li>\n<li>You must have at least 24 months of full-time work experience or have been able to complete the previous 5 years of relevant education;<\/li>\n<li>Your language skills must meet at least Level 4 of the Canadian Language Benchmark. You must have taken it within the last 2 years (tests such as: IELTS , CELPIP in English, TEF, TEF Canada, TCF in French). The acceptable level is at least 4 on the Canadian Language Benchmark CLB\/NLCC.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must have a PEI Form PNP-L06 signed by the employer (Employer Language Declaration);<\/li>\n<li>You must also have documentation from a recognized institution of higher education that proves the language in which you received your education was English or French;<\/li>\n<li>You must have the necessary funds to cover all basic immigration expenses and arrange for your family members to move to the province of Prince Edward Island;<\/li>\n<li>You must prove your desire to live in the province.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_section full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221;
