Еxpress Entry

The Express Entry (EE) program, introduced in January 2015, was created to enable Canada to meet its own future labor market needs, with the goal of supporting and facilitating the long-term growth of the country’s economic sphere. In 2019, more than 85,000 participants in this system received an invitation to submit documents to become a permanent resident of Canada (PRC), more than 40,500 of which were sent to applicants residing outside the country. The 2020 goal for the program was set at 195,800 participants and this number is projected to grow dramatically over the next 5 years.

The system was introduced by Immigration, Refugees and Canadian Citizenship (IRCC), whose main goal is to match applicants to immigration to Canada through three main sub-programs:
